We offer personal training, dry land conditioning for youth sports teams, and group classes of various categories including METCON (metabolic conditioning), HIIT (high intensity interval training) and traditional “Bootcamp” that combines both strength training and cardio conditioning.       <image:title>Schedule &amp; Class Descriptions - HIIT</image:title>
      <image:caption>HIIT classes (high intensity interval training) have become more popular in the last 5 years as they are short (30 minutes or less) and efficiently train all muscle groups using shorter timed work intervals. These classes are accessible for all age groups that range in all levels of physical ability and need a variety of modifications and the chance to workout at a level of exertion that is comfortable for them. Classes are 30 minutes long including a warm up &amp; short cool down and utilize all types of equipment.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>45 minute strength &amp; conditioning classes designed to challenge participants but remain accessible to ALL fitness levels through modifications &amp; support from coaches. Bootcamps at CoastLife utilize all kinds of functional equipment for both strength training &amp; cardio conditioning. Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, TRX’s, slam balls, medicine balls, bands, plyometric boxes, sandbags, tires, airdyne bikes and sleds. We do it all!!</image:caption>

We work closely with individual clients to safely and effectively reach goals and monitor progress. Weight loss/gain, mobility, sport specific cross training, muscular endurance, injury rehabilitation, hypertrophy training, body composition &amp; the list goes on. She knows her shit, can motivate me like no other and is very in tune with my limits (and my fake limits). Exercises are explained and re‐explained when needed without any judgement and always followed with positive f eedback.
