I cannot say enough about Michelle. She is so knowledgeable and fun to be around. Her energy is contagious! Having been a personal trainer for years and a degree in kinesiology, I am somewhat picky about who I workout with. When COVID‐19 hit, people started turning to social media for home workouts, and that’s where I came across CoastLife. After following Michelle and watching how she designed her workouts, I knew she was the person I needed to push me back to my previous fitness level. I could not wait to get into the gym with her! Michelle knew I could push myself harder, and that encouragement has helped me reach goals I didn’t even think I could. New personal bests for deadlifts (135lbs x 8 reps), back squats (115lbs x 10 reps), and clean presses (75lbs x 6reps). Plus, my 11‐year‐old son was impressed that I could do “real push‐ups” in a push‐up competition! I have never felt stronger!

Working out was always a shitty task for me to do and for someone who needs to burn energy a good workout is the most efficient way for me to burn off that excess energy while getting my butt into shape! I drag my a** to the 5:30am class typically 3 days a week... and every morning, Michelle is there bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to, well, in the nicest way possible... absolutely kick our butts! Her workouts are always changing and evolving and she keeps us on our toes! She is very knowledgeable about all things training and is excellent at coming up with solutions to modify for you whether it is for a long/short term injury or even just a rough day! She will also slightly nudge you to a heavier weight without you even noticing if she thinks you are ready.I have been consistently going to Michelle now for about 4 months and I am by far in the best shape I have ever been in! I am not only, overall, way stronger but I am seeing the difference in the way my body takes on everyday life! Her classes are not only great for your physical health but her uplifting, positive and all‐around bad ass energy and attitude are a huge bonus for your mental health! She is a 5/5 trainer and ass kicker!!!!
